Celebrant Services ContractIf you would like to engage my services, then please download this contract, sign it and return it to me along with your 50% deposit. This will ensure that your day will not be available to anyone else. This is really important for weddings and civil unions. Each wedding ceremony that I write is a unique ceremony specifically designed for the two of you, so no two ceremonies are identical. To allow me the time to get your ceremony just right it is best to provide me with as much information as you can, as early as possible after our first meeting. To enable me to commence writing your ceremony and to fulfil my obligation to be your Marriage Celebrant, I ask that you sign the confirmation contract below and either email or post this back to me. An invoice will then be generated which consists of a 50% non-refundable deposit of my celebrant fees. Travel costs may be charged at the rate of ** (95 cents is the IRD rate) per km for attendance at the rehearsal and the ceremony if the distance travelled exceeds 25kms from my home destination. The remainder of my Marriage Celebrant fee must be paid prior to or during the week leading up to your wedding ceremony. All the information received from you will be treated as strictly confidential and will not be publicised or used as part of your ceremony without your prior approval.
